• Check your internet speed on www.fast.com. Make sure your internet speed is adequate.
• Check that your username and password is entered correctly. It’s case sensitive!
• Refresh your apps: To refresh your app, clear the data and clear the cache. Deleting and reinstalling your app will also work. Use the downloader codes on the website to reinstall the apps.
• Test on your mobile phone:
